NOS, Never used Vintage
C.S. Osborne 1" Arch Punch.  Measures 5-1/4".
Cutting edge has NO NICKS or DINGS (see pic)!
Handle paint shows some light flaking
from  age (see pic).  Includes the original instruction pamphlet.  Box shows some wear/discoloration from age(see pic).  No previous owners marks or etchings.  MADE in U.S.A.  Sold As-Is.
