NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your UAG product, you may return it to us for a full refund, less the original shipping costs. The product must be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date and the product must have been purchased directly from our Urban Armor Gear eBay Store (http://stores.ebay.com/URBAN-ARMOR-GEAR). UAG does not handle product returns for UAG products purchased from a different seller. Such cases must be resolved through the seller directly. UAG reserves the right to refuse refunds on products that violate the terms of the Limited Product Warranty or products that are deemed to be counterfeits. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY Defective product that meets the criteria of our Limited Product Warranty may be returned to UAG and a replacement will be shipped to you at UAG?s expense. The replacement will be made per the terms of our Limited Product Warranty. Warranty claims must be handled by UAG directly. If we determine the product is not eligible for warranty action, we will return the product to you at our expense. However, if the product meets the criteria of our warranty replacement policy, we will remedy the defect according to the terms set forth in our Limited Product Warranty. LIMITS OF RETURN SHIPPING LIABILITY UAG is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit from you to our return center. We recommend you use a trackable shipment method. UAG is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties or brokerage fees.

(?UAG?) warrants our products on a limited basis against defects in material or workmanship only for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer from an UAG authorized reseller (the ?Limited Warranty Period?). This one year limited warranty is non-transferrable from the original end purchaser and an original copy of a sales receipt from the original UAG authorized reseller is required for warranty action on behalf of UAG. The limited warranty not does not cover UAG product that has been mishandled or misused in ways other than its intended purpose. The limited warranty does not cover product that has been altered or modified in any way. The limited warranty does not cover product that has been purchased from any source other than an UAG authorized reseller. UAG is not responsible for any products made by anyone other than UAG including counterfeit UAG products, smartphones, tablets, or other portable electronic devices. UAG is not responsible for any replacement or cost of such electronic devices or property that comes into contact with UAG products. If a warranty claim is approved in UAG?s sole discretion, UAG will either replace the defective product, repair it so it is returned to its original specifications, or refund the purchase price within 30 days of UAG authorization as determined by UAG. UAG will cover the cost of any parts, labor or shipping costs associated with replacing or repairing the product and shipping it from UAG to the consumer. If the original product is no longer available or out of stock, UAG reserves the right to replace the defective product with a replacement product of equal or greater value or refund the purchase amount. Replacement products are warranted as above for the remainder of the original applicable product warranty period.
