Hi, I do not know a great deal about vintage tools, so I will describe the item to the best of my ability, if you have any questions or concerns please contact me before placing a bid, all sales are final, thank you.
Up for auction is a vintage metal Osborne  No. 149 Arch Punch 5/8" round cutting tool, usually used on leather or rubber, I am sure it could be used on other flexible materials, I believe it is made out of steal, not sure but it is heavy for it's size.  The cutting tool is 5 1/4" long.  There are NO chips cracks or repairs, it has been used, missing a little of the black paint, still fully functional, and it still has its original box.  This is a vintage tool and was made by the C. S. Osborne & Co. of Harrison N.J. U.S.A.  I know this will be a very rare addition to your vintage tool collection, please view my other auctions for more unique items.
